It's the same movement, so the same coinflip applies.

My Vostoks run at +5sec and +8secs after regulation and my Seiko Turtle does +7secs per day, while the NY0040 in the picture has been running steadily at +30secs per day for years (Which i will regulate when i'll swap the caseback gasket). The overall point of the lower end movement is that they are capable of running very accurate, however are very unlikely to do so from box as they are given very basic regulation.

One issue that can be had in older or lower pieces is irregular variance, A.E a watch running +10secs one day, +25 the other and -6 the next. Meaning either a bad hairspring/balance and or something weird in the geartrain or pallet fork.
