Case press is always nice to have, but if you are impatient, like me, you can use your vise as a ghetto case press.

Used the part that fastens it to the table to close a very nasty snapback watch case.
>put watch face into a plastic ring so it won't press on the glass
>tape a fat watsher and use it to apply pressure on the caseback

Very controllable and easy. Used the vise grips to fasten it to the table and turned the whole thing like i needed it.
