I have the hairstyle on the right, been cutting my own hair for a few months, however, my hair color is more like a medium between the two pics. How did they style their hair in the 40's? I use Fiber. My hair is also very straight, if I wanted to achieve more of a median between these two in terms of texture, besides going all out like a faggot and getting a perm/white jerry curls, how would one make hair more wavy? Not necessarily looking for curls but a general wavy textured-ness
