You seem to have a highly autistic fixation with ultra high rise trousers, and that's fine. High rise trousers can be tip. Keyword "can". Just like high rise trousers can be sprezz, or athleisure, or streetwear. The size of the rise, is not what makes trousers TIP. It's the cut of the trousers overall, are they overly slim cut, in which case, they are cut in a way that showcasees your legs and body, then that is not TIP. That is Italian cuts. Italian menswear style cuts of blazers, trousers, coats, is NOT tip. That's literally the definining difference. TIP aesthetics come from a by-gone era, not modern era where almost all suits are now slim fit Italian cuts. That is not TIP.
