It's okay. it will never look like that pic unless it's really loaded up. They've stuffed it full of newspaper and shit. In reality it's very floppy.

I've had mine for almost 4 years. It has no padding on the bottom so you have to resist the urge to dump the bag when you get home if it has a laptop or something. The extra fabric covering the outer pocket zipper is constantly getting caught in the zipper itself so I spend a lot of time trying to pry the fabric out to close up the pocket.
If your in college/school you'll always be hustling to try to get it closed properly because your friend have already zipped up their shit while you're cinching the drawstring, and trying to get that clasp hooked (I never tighten it).

All that being said it was great when I was out of the country for a year b/c it smashes down to nothing. And nothing has ever ripped or broken even though I've done so much shit with it. It's fallen in the ocean dozens of times, gotten run over, fallen out of cars on highways, carried groceries, books, 40 lb rocks, fishing gear, overnight gear, bolt cutters and a butane torch, guns and ammunition, various drugs, puppies kittens and a friend's escaped pet snake.

I should have gotten the bright green one but now I rarely use it since I'm not in school.
