What are you even trying to say?
I'll give you a few facts.
- heels look good and people are narcisist
- people who want comfortable shoes do not buy leather boots or shoes with heels
- people who buy traditionally made boots do it either because they want to look good or because they are obsessed with handcrafted shoes

There isn't a single person who isn't delusional that goes " oh yeah these boots with a 3 cm heel are so comfortable I love wearing them and hiking in them all day". I did and it became a terrible experience pretty fast.

I understand that but the industry never moved on. It's not like boots were always made the same way, there was no goodyear welting in the 800's, now that we know how bad heels are the industry can improve upon the design. Take your average hiking boot, for example, they don't have heels, they have a lifted sole and a recess before the back part of the sole to mimic a heel and provide grip, or they have none at all.
The industry stopped evolving because leather shoes were abandoned and now it's been revitalized by hipsters that only care about looking cool.
