we're all gonna make it skellies don't give up.

170cm/52kg. 1.1k daily, 1.8k tdee, trying to get rid of the last bit on belly and thighs. wanna get a bit more definition on abs and shoulders.

do you have heart disease? light cardio can strenghten your heart and help lose fat, walk in the park or something. fit has a dedicated /fast/ general with more info than the thinspo sticky maybe try there. good luck anon.

honestly varies from person to person, individual fat distributions are different. take the numbers as a general guideline, don't be upset if you hit it and still don't see results yet
