Onitsuka Tiger 66 espadrille isn't exactly the same, but same concept and really nice in my opinion (love mine.)

Puma and Orvis both have espadrille canvas lace-ups similar to that.

If you want to go high quality (doubt it, no offense, but your sample is a Zara shoe) then Yohji had some nice espadrille sole lace-up sneakers these past few S/S seasons if I remember correctly.
