Sorry it took so long, I had to skype the gf.

Currently my lifts are:
Overhead Press 100 lbs
Pendlay Row 155 lbs
Deadlift 275 lbs
Bench 165 lbs
Squat 265 lbs

And I eat pic related.

Now, you probably won't need your squat and deadlifts to be as high as mine are to get that type of body. They make your legs a bit bigger (which most /fa/ guys don't want), but they really improve your core and back. This means that you won't get a bony back, you'll have bigger abs, and your hips won't stick out as much because you'll have some obliques and hip flexors there. Doing squats and deadlifts also helps the rest of your body grow. But if you aren't into functional strength or big muscles, then just make sure you can do them OK - getting your squats and deadlifts to around 195 and 225 should be alright for what you want.

As for my diet, it might be a little much for you - I'm 6'5'' and tend to be skinny, so I need to focus on eating more than most people. A shorter person should cut out the bulking bars and toast, and might want to drink less milk. Otherwise the diet is pretty good. Here's a few reasons why I've put certain things into the diet:

Pepper, onion, bananas, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms: I like how all of these taste, but more importantly they provide you nutrients and minerals. Don't cut these out.

Toast and rice: These help me not be hungry, and they have all of the calories. As I said, if you want to lose weight cut these out first - all they really do is add calories and fiber.

Beef, Milk, Tuna, and eggs: These have all of the protein. Protein helps you build muscle and repair damage to the body. It's pretty important. You can swap beef for chicken or pork, but having meat is really important (high quality protein). Eggs are delicious and have lots of protein. Milk also has protein but a lot of calories - if you want to lose weight, and you feel like there's too much in this section, cut out some of the milk before you eat less meat or egg.
