>Based, I love the quartz Crisis era, just so many poor decisions like flogging a cheap Casio as a swiss...branded.. watch.
Yeah, it's fucking nuts, lol. That said, I these Casiotrons were either one of or possibly *the* first ever Casio digital watches so I have no clue exactly how much they were back in the day. I imagine they weren't cheap, though. Case is full stainless steel and feels like you could use the cunt as a knuckleduster. Quality is insanely good.
>I'm also into Tissots as well and are also based in the UK. Top lad, I rate gr8 out of 8 and I'll see you on eBay.
Thanks bro, I'll see you in the ring. Leave the broken 70's quartz shitters alone so I have something to piss around with while my wife is at work, and I'll buy you a pint if you're ever in the North East.

Pic of the Tissot 2030 I serviced a little while ago to keep the thread bumped.

>What a klutz
It killed me inside watching that video the first time, lol. In fairness to the bloke, those chinkshit watchknives are fucking awful. I just use a normal folding knife as it works better.
>Is it pin or screws on the links?
Push-pins.
>Do they have half links, or like full ones?
Two half links, a shit load of full links. You can get a perfect size, but as with all butterfly clasps, weather will make it fit either too tight or too loose on occasion. If you live somewhere hotter, you can probably size it a little better.
>It looks nice on you
T-thanks.. Y-you too..!

>is the movement alright?
The 35mm one contains an ETA F05.115, which is incredibly accurate, but also quartz if that's something that bothers you. For the price bracket, the movement is fine if you like the design enough to buy one.

Nope, dial lume is dead and no longer glows at all but the hands still have the slightest glow to them before fading after a few seconds. I'm nowhere near brave enough to attempt reluming anything myself. Given the condition of the rest of the watch, I'm honestly surprised how mint the dial looks in all honesty. It's literally perfect when you're not looking at it through a scratched to shit crystal.
