no, it's a large mark up. you can't necessarily predict the cost of something like a production error or a style that sells poorly so you have to mark high to eat those costs. they may or may not be turning a profit on a 75% markdown but they wouldn't be able to operate if they sold everything at that price because they wouldn't cover all of their costs.
