It's really very sad. She obviously has a dysfunctional family and has a fear of becoming obese like her mother and brother (who by the way seem to be on the autism spectrum so couldn't give two shits about seeking help for her). I wouldn't call her old self healthy but she definitely should've stopped at a certain point before her brain began to betray her to the point where she can only twirl around in pink frilly skirts. Watch her old video's, she actually had a personality.
