w2c some pants similar to these rick waxed jeans with cargo like pockets, not the exact ones in the pic cause those go for over 500 and I'm looking for less than 250 if possible

Where can I get something similar to this?

Must be black and waxed, must have that style of pockets, it's not really important whether it has the knee thing or not, and I'd appreciate it if it had the belt loops but it's not necessary, also, must be decently easy to get and less than 250 bucks.
Those are rick waxed patch jeans in the pic, but even though I love them, I'm not one to spend so much on clothes, and it's probably a pain in the ass to get anyways.
