I prefer clean fits unless its just lounging clothes for when i'm home. I see to dress up it as if i'm going to have to dress it might as well be on point and not like i tried to look bummy.pic related saw it a while back and my gf knits so she made me a light airy cardigan very similar except in grey

I lift and always have my sleeves rolled up. I've only had problems with a few different button ups. going a size larger and tailoring down is always a decent option anyway.
