From lurking this thread for days, here's the conclusion:

- Wash with warm water every other night / wash lightly every night if there is leftover product
- Days that you wash (with water), scrub off dirt using a brush and further scrub with your fingers
- (optional?): Once a week use coconut oil either overnight, rinse off in the morning with water (or use non-sulphate shampoo) OR Once a week use baking soda/acv

To be real, the only way you guys will ever have that lifestyle is if you live in the country or you are rich as fuck.
