she was amazing.
fun, charming, beautiful, even had an alright sense of fashion
she was a lot shorter than me and always had to stand tip-toe when kissing me.
she had the most amazing hair, it was naturally orange, long and always a bit messy, which made her look the cutest thing ever.
and i'll never forget her smile.
i loved her.

but i had to leave her.
i was working too much and aiming to work in a michelin star kitchens etc.
i was working seven days a week, fourteen hours a day.
she deserved better. i belonged in the kitchen.
or atleast that's what i always told myself.

now i've been a single for five years.
i'm starting to think i should've chosen her instead of my job.
