Opinions on this as a first watch?

Has anyone had any experience with Sakura Watches before? I found a few WUS threads giving them praise and I'm fairly ready to try them, just want to make sure there are no horror stories from anyone.

Also opinions on the 4r3X movements? I've read a few people who think it's bad and it's kind of throwing me off. Am I just being paranoid?
