Day 2 of overeating in order to gain some weight, and my heart feels like exploding. How do fat people do this?

This wasn't recent but it was a little less than a year ago.

At school (Junior in highschool at the time) I told this kid that his fedora and vest made him look autistic. He then told me he had Asperger's. Then I walked away without apologizing because I was right. 30 minutes later it hit me how fucked up that was and I went back to apologize but he was crying and it looked like he had been for sometime. I walked away again out of embarrassment. Then I bought the last sandwich right before this mentally handicapped girl in a wheelchair could buy it. I didn't give it to her because I really wanted the sandwich. She then started to cry too.

Every time I think back on that day I cringe. When my friends get mad at me they bring this story up and it causes me to gag in embarrassment. Fuck me.
