These things are isolated by location. Lots of beautiful parkland around but no restaurants, grocery stores, clubs, or even a metro station to take you there.

They were originally built as a show-off piece for Expo 67 to what the future of affordable housing could look like combining utility and aesthetic, but unfortunately it was built ON the Expo site...which has turned into wonderful shared park space that is complete trash for a neighbourhood.

That being said I fucking love these guys. Here's a pic I took this summer of them.
