personally, constant reassurance from the ppl close to me made me feel better, so maybe that, i've been only getting worse bcus of my own personal reasons so yeah,, probably just being with her and telling her that she looks gorgeous and amazing could work, obvs don't pretend and be honest with her, don't just fake shit because she will easily see through your lies, i feel like ppl with EDs can see through it more easily, it's just a matter of how you word your sentences and all, like saying how she looks gorgeous without actually saying the word
