Haircut and styling advice. People are always telling me to grow it out longer, but I've got no idea to what to do with it when it does, so I tend to just shave it all off.

Also, keep or ditch the longer sideburns? My family can't grow mustaches for some reason, so anything but a neckbeard is out in the facial hair department.
