The mones had nothing to do with my hair growth. I started on the mones 11/14/2019. I made plenty of progress before then. The only thing the mones are doing feminizing my hairline's shape a bit, so it looks more like an inverted "U" than an "M" shape, which males typically have.

Yellow line (left picture) = Where my hairline was (no hair was growing below it)

Yellow line (right picture) = Where my hairline lowered itself to.

Red line = Just a land mark. It's over the highest crease in my forehead from furrowing my brow so much.

5) Biotin: Oral. I use 1000mcg (1mg) tablets, divided into 4 parts, taking one part daily; 0.25mg daily. The recommended dose of biotin is kinda spotty. If you use too much, your skin will break out. You should also be aware biotin makes hair you have elsewhere go wild and can make you grow hair in places you didn't have hair before. That's why my eyelashes are so long and my eyebrows are so bushy! >_<

6) Custom oil mixture: Topical. Applied once daily. Jojoba oil (as a carrier) + essential oils (peppermint + rosemary + lavender) + copper peptides. There's a lot of fake essential oils floating around. They should come in a dark amber bottle and should list the scientific name of the plant they are derived from under the ingredients. Essential oils are also expensive, so if you see a large bottle for a cheap price, it's probably fake. Peppermint is the cheapest (you can get a decent sized bottle for a relatively cheap price), while rosemary and lavender are more expensive. The bulk of your mixture should be your carrier oil (in my case, jojoba). You need a carrier oil because essential oils can be toxic if applied directly to the skin. Your bottle should be filled the majority of the way with your carrier oil, then you add maybe 15 - 20 drops of each oil to it.

7) Dermarolling: Topical. 0.25mm needle size. Once daily. When you use your dermaroller, if you see blood, you're applying too much pressure. You should only apply enough pressure to make your eyes water slightly.

Here are my results of being on Finasteride (1mg daily) + Biotin (0.25mg once daily) + Minoxidil (applied to hairline once daily) + Ketoconazole 2% cream (applied to hairline once daily) + Custom oil mix of jojoba/peppermint/lavender/rosemary/copper-peptides (applied to hairline once daily) + 0.25mm needle dermarolling (applied to hairline once daily) for a period of a little bit over a year.

I don't have any crown balding, so nothing has been applied to that area.

The yellow line represents where my hairline starts at that moment in time.

The red line is just a reference point. It's near the upper most wrinkle on my forehead from furrowing my brow so much.

OK, hotshot! I compiled some pictures for you. Generally I don't like looking at old pictures of myself, but I decided to post them.

I have a habit of furrowing my brow a LOT and this has led to my forehead having three wrinkles. The red line in both pictures represent where the top most wrinkle of the 3 is located. I put the red lines in there because shortly after the first picture was taken, I began using Retin-A every morning and it greatly diminished the prominence of the top most wrinkle making it hard to see over a year later in the second picture.

The yellow line in both pictures represents where my hairline is. In the first picture, even though you see hair after the yellow line, that's just hair that wasn't long enough yet to hold back, so it hangs down a bit. In the second picture, the yellow represents where my hairline is now. It looks thin but every month it fills in a bit more and more.

When you compare where the two pictures, you see there was a vast improvement. I went from an M-shaped hairline to something bordering an inverted U. If you look closer below the yellow line in the second picture, you'll notice that I have hair growing there. That's my forehead! I literally have hair growing out of my forehead!
