I need more of a keep or not

A couple weeks ago I posted a Kent Wang vs Zara question on one of these threads and I decided to get Zara because I could get it cheaper and the shipping+return is free.
I received it today to find that it is a half a size to big but it seems to be the case for Kent Wangs as well (both only come in whole sizes).

I am not sure if I should keep it or not.

It was $50 for it or $125 for the Kent Wangs btw.
