I got this pair of jeans I love but can't wear. They're raw and so stiff they can almost stand on their own. Thing is, my nutsack gets either crushed or my testies are swallowed back in my abdomen whenever I have to sit down, because the crotch area is too tight and the fabric is still so firm.

What to do how can I soften them up a bit, beat them into submission or simply get them comfortable enough to wear sitting down?

90% of all jeans, they are very unpliable in many fits and the inordinate fascination with raw denim (not washing for months?) and fades makes no sense.

What is the appeal of jeans, particularly the fascination with raw denim and stackz? The twill is thick and indigo isn't a very pliable color for coordination- not to mention how relatively easily and quickly the dye fasts.

What is the appeal of jeans? Their colors warp and fade far faster than other materials- raw denim is very particular to take care of, and I don't understand the lure behind fades.

And please, stay away from the shitposting, I'm genuinely curious as to why jeans are held to such high standards by people who don't know how to dress well, and by people who frequent this board, especially those who cater to raws.
