May I receive advice on achieving my goal weight and aesthetic?
>Current stats:
175cm/5'9", 73kg/162lb, Male, 23
>Goal weight:
68kg - 70kg/149lb - 154lb.
>Preferred method of losing weight:
Fasting (OMAD) and gentle calisthenics. Carbohydrate minimization (not restriction).

Like a ballet dancer with stronger quads/calves and forearm development.

Biggest issue is finding foods I can eat regularly without too many carbohydrates, sufficient nutrients, and versatility. I usually eat foods like eggs, turkey, cottage cheese/Greek yoghurt, and so on. No matter what I eat, I always have nausea and maintain around 158-162lb (72-73kg). I've been as low as 150lb before, but it's not easy to maintain. I've found that things like spinach/almond milk shakes are easy to mix up and don't make me sick, but all I can really mix into them is fruit (high sugar), protein powders, and spices. Having a diet based on spinach shakes isn't versatile or really feasible if I leave my home, either. What can I do?

I have much experience with dietary management, weight loss, and fasting. However, I have a sensitive stomach, and have issues with carbohydrates. I have narcolepsy, and find that increased consumption of carbohydrates both increases my hunger (insulin spiking) and increases my sleepiness. If I fast, I have other symptoms which are problematic for me. Hence why I typically like to eat fewer carbohydrates.
