this. except i use a little bit of vinegar instead of soap (be sure to wipe it ALL THE FUCK OFF with a damp cloth immediately afterwards) as i find it cuts the grime better. here are my rangers.

alright just finished. shoulda taken before pics cus they look infinitely better. started out by degreasing with a 50/50 mix of hot water and white vinegar, washing off any residue with a water-moistened cloth. worked in an assload of mink oil and hit it with a blow dryer on high to heat up the leather; could actually see it sucking in the oil. let it sit until dry. finally, hit it with some kiwi polish that really put that sheen on them. notice i didnt polish the tongues. i think they look fucking great now.
