Beyond the rudeness, historically Breitling made some very interesting and important watches, I'll agree, and their Navitimer (the old one with the properly sized slide rule) is iconic. I personally dislike the superocean because it always reminded me of a whoopee cushion...

That being said, Breitling only recently started doing the inhouse thing for their movements, and their offerings have not been particularly innovative (at least compared with others in the same price bracket as Omega).

I know, but the Tudor issue is the same very time. At this point, why differentiate if the result is the same?

The strange thing is that one could save up about 500$ and go vintage or pre-owned. Already the quality will be higher. Save up a few hundred more, and the quality gets even better. Shitters are always shitters because they don't last, they don't perform well, and they are disposable. I understand that people want a watch NOW, but with a little discipline and saving a person could get one that makes a difference in their lives over just telling the time.
