As I said, don't worry too much about it.
Ofc fasting works even if 24h one time might not be very noticeable.
I had a period where I did one 24h fast every week and saw some pretty good results after a month or so.
It does reduce energy intake by 1/7 after all, probably gonna start that again when school gets less hectic.
