Thanks very much. My biggest problem with myself is weight and lack of friends.

The lack of friends part is so huge I can't even start now since it'd take so long to explain.

I tried numerous times to start working out, running and eating right but only running works.

I'm too weak mentally and too self-conscious to work out and eat right.

I'd love to do it and just start but it's hard and I always failed. And I've tried to do so for about 2 years now.
