i try to keep it below 700, but that's a pretty soft goal. some days i just have a omelette for dinner and that's only around 310 calories, a bad "binge" day would be more like 900-1000.
i find it entirely sustainable except for when i'm expected to eat socially. im living at school right now and eat 95% of my meals alone in the dining hall, so i just leave once ive eaten whatever and i'm not tempted to over eat. if a friend wants to eat together tho, or invites me over, i usually end up eating more just so that they don't worry, or because we're at the dining hall for so long that i eat because i can't leave

how'd your day go anons? tell me what you ate if you're feeling good about it

me
>1 1/2 slices of honey dew, 7 or so red grapes, and about an oz and a half of scrambled eggs w/cheese for breakfast
>salad and 9 sweet potato fries for lunch
>175 calorie soup for dinner
>tea for dessert

if you didn't do as well today as you hoped, what are you looking forward to tomorrow?

if its only appetite suppression its something that you can/should learn to do on your own. using medication as a crutch makes it easier to gain the weight back when you stop, plus just a quick google search came back with a whole bunch of weird side effects that i don't consider worth it.

if you're set on using medication you'd be better off with something that boosts your metabolism at least, in addition to helping you manage hunger.

this is what i think, but you'd also probably be better off getting a second opinion from someone here who's actually tried phentermine maybe
