One idea I had: get a custom Lunarcore version of these Russell Moccasin (top quality, all custom shoe/bootmaker) boots made up.

Get it made it white or an off-white. Do the sole up in something kind of sneaker like (like the Newporter) or in a heavy duty hiking sole (like the Sierra) and have it painted/paint it white, or orange, or not. Maybe move the zipper to the side, or add one in the front, or add one to every side, so it opens like a petal. Maybe distress the leather some.
