Literally just walk around Beijing and look like you aren't just a tourist, people will come with job offers to you if they spot you. I often just hang out in pubs or cafés alone and someone will walk up to me with a job offer.

If nothings come for a while i'll do a quick thebeijinger daycare english teacher job or something.

It's a great life, you don't need anything but your pale skincolor and somewhat decent looks (I've seen ugly ass people get model jobs here, just for being white.)

The only thing is that you have to be out there, and often can't just sit around in your apartment waiting for jobs to come to you. (Even though sometimes they do.) Seem approachable, and strike up conversations with locals on said bars and cafés.
