this pic gets posted a lot but I'm not 100% on the camos in it, particularly on jump man

He has an OMON vest, over what appears to be a MVD Kamyshovy risunok "reed" pattern. The pants and top that PKM man has might be "Urban Kamysh" but google usually turns up a similar pattern but with a stronger blue tint.
