Bands like AiC should call it quits after the major uniqueness from the band leaves/dies. It would be like The Cure moving on with someone without Robert Smith's dreary vocals, or if Krist and Dave got a new vocalist for Nirvana. Not saying the new guy is bad, it's just kind of a slap in the face to Layne, who is, in my honest opinion, an irreplaceable, unique sound on his own. Granted Cantrell was definitely as big of a part or bigger than Layne, but still...
