Really great guy; with the quality of his work and materials, his lead time already extended to something ridiculous like 20 weeks, but he ended up finishing the order in less than 3. Caught me off guard actually, since I wasn't yet able to allocate the funds for them all -- which is why I am kind of glad that he's okay with payment "whenever".

I try to just get one or two straps that absolutely work for a specific watch, since it's a bit of a pain to have to change straps all the damn time.

I do have a number of straps from Hirsch (on the left in pic), but if I'm going to just leave one strap on the watch, it better be a damn nice one. After getting my first one from that maker (on the right), kinda drilled in the idea that I should just quit buying cheap straps -- at least if we're talking leather here.
