I like the rice bead bracelet, these are getting popular recently, also like the bezel edge, the rest is not very interesting and that thing is probably oversized like any modern watch.

No serious diver would dive with only a mechanical watch today. They will always have a digital dive computer and this watch maybe as a backup. You can see a smaller watch just fine, gf's dad wears an old, smaller (about 38 mm) citizen diver for his recreational diving and had never any problems.
