Start to look out for inspo threads of ANY kind, not just what you think you'll like or not. You clearly haven't developed your own sense of style yet so don't dupe yourself into thinking you know what you even like wearing yet.

Swallow your pride and lurk on /r/mfa and other fashion subreddits, some of the posts on the former serve as good examples of color theory and silhouette and they keep eachother up to date on sales for various stores. Just don't stay there for long because they aren't much more competent than you are.

Here's a bunch of inspo albums to pick through with some stuff that I'd say is easy to digest for somebody who almost definitely isn't old enough to browse this website. /fa/ likes to bash plebbit fashion (not unjustifiably) but as it stands right now it isn't any fucking better here so whatever.

Also thrift stores/military surplus/vintage consignment stores are your friend

Your goal right now should be finding outfits and inspo that you like and figuring out WHAT about them you like and WHY. From there you can begin to figure out how different pieces interact with each other, how colors and silhouettes factor into your fit, and eventually you'll stop stealing outfits you saw online and forming your own outfits. Then you'll be able to start expanding your wardrobe with pieces you like that work with what you have instear of pieces /r/mfa and /fa/ told you to like.
