Consider a Flint & Tinder Ten Year hoodie for 90. I know there have been some people who disagreed with my endorsement of this garment, but after touching one I believe they're a better choice than uniqlo/AA/UO.
They come in a nice grey and a good black, they're thick, and the hood is spacious.

Look up the Ten Year Hoodie from Flint & Tinder. 90 bucks. Incredibly well made in America. Ten year warranty against anything. Really great cut, too.
