maybe my current embarassing physique can provide some thinspo motivation for you. i used to be 55kg just a couple years ago but got depressed or something like that and started to eat like a pig.

im restarting starting my thinspo journey today. gyms finally opened up again over here. going to be undergoing a substantial cal deficit and 24 hr fasting twice a week. running and lifting 5x a week as long as i stretch/recover properly and avoid injury to my fucked up legs. i'll be back in exactly 30 days to update
