Any britbongs here? What do you guys wear when you go clubbing in London?

I live Brighton area so never actually been out in London and apparently most clubs only accept dress shoes? Would my black mid CPs be acceptable in clubs like Drury or club55 or are they strict? I don't have a clue about how strict any of these clubs(I'm only going because of a friend's birthday).

I can get brand new black CP Mids for £180 but what size should I get? EU 40 or EU 41?

I am a UK7 in Nike (my Roshes fit perfect but my Flyknit Racers are slightly narrow but I still wear them)
