i picked up a pair of ariat's heritage lacers last november, and i'm super pleased with how they've worn in. they're a much more uniform dark brown in person, and they've darkened a lot more with conditioning and sun exposure. i also removed the kiltie from mine for looks reasons, but i'm considering putting them back on soon.
