just slowly incorporate some other clothing/fabrics that aren't athletic wear, hypebeast, or avant garde. Wear some corduroy trousers. Try a denim shirt. Put a patterned shirt under a crewneck or heavy sweater. Wear some moccasin shoes or light boots. And to second what other people said, check out the trad threads, avoid visible branding/large logos, and those cheap patterned "dress shirts".
