The ponytail don't work imo, try this instead, you can do without the back part too, or have it longer if you want more like the half naked bait pic.

To obtain the rough hairstyle:
1. Be East Asian.
2. Read 1.
3. Just grow out your hair lol. The idea is to keep the sides lengths in control or your head turns into a soccer ball. Ask your barber to cut the sides using scissors pointed down (Asian barbers will probably know what I mean, read 1. again), but keep some length so you don't look like you have a stupid undercut. Side perm is also an option. Keep the sideburns long, try to keep your ears exposed until your hair is long enough to be swiped back behind your ears.
