Uh, no. You're talking about the Defy Lab, which had an experimental 15Hz movement with an oscillator made from a single piece of silicon (pic related). Zenith only made a handful of these and was never able to put them into production. Basically a proof of concept that was immediately retconned.

Here's the thing with Rolex : they're the only company that get their watches tested and certified at -2/+2s a day. If your Rolex is tested at -3s/day, you can just walk into a Rolex AD and get it regulated to fit into that -2/+2s timeframe.
Now that doesn't mean other watches can't be as accurate as Rolex. Even a basic ETA movement can be as accurate. But if your Zenith loses 10s a day, the people at Zenith will tell you to gtfo because the watch you bought isn't even COSC certified.
