I understand the meme, i live in SF and pretty much all of the people around my age dress like me so ive come here to see if its true

I NEVER take off my hat, not because i like wearing hats, only because i hate my haircut and i can never find a good cut

Why do you guys hate the way i dress? My cousin dresses in "jogger pants" witch are basically leggings and wears a retarded looking poncho/sweater, why do you think this is /fa/?
