Ever since women started working jobs money has mattered less to women and they've focused more on personality. I don't think women of today would wanna date someone who is boring, back in the day though they settled for boring men because they had more status and money than others, unfortunately times changed and women are making more than men now.

There are many things that right off the bat indicate to me that you are out of touch. I hate to break it to you OP, women like bold and fun men. Second of all these women are in college, and are heavily on the internet. You don't wanna date these women because they are disgusting promiscuous degenerates, and they have a serious mental illness most of the time, they're crazy and genuinely bad people.

Most art hoes have daddy issues, are on psychoactive drugs making conversation with them boring and predictable (like with most women but these are even worse) and the mental illness you can typically expect from them is BPD, some form of anxiety or extreme depression. Avoid these women

If you for some reason still wanna date them, the internet is your best bet since they don't really go out too much outside of your local college. They like things like going out to arcades and indie sort of restaurants, you can catch them at concerts too (typically some rap shit like brockhampton)
