On the smaller side, 38-40mm

So far I had a Citizen NB6021 and Orient Kamasu suggested, the former being a little too expensive (unless someone knows where to get them with a big discount in Europe) and the latter being a little too Chinese. So looking for more suggestions. Is the Seiko Turtle any good?
