Do a split, try to either work out 3 or 6 days a week. Most people do Chest and Tri's, Back and Bi's, and Legs as their 3 different days.
Don't Bulk and cut, not saying it won't work, but most people have trouble cutting because they want to keep eating the same amount of food because they get used to it. Its just best to add in 200-300 excess calories, preferably with a high protein content.
