big up STHLM, probably the best trip going

if I could get some advice please

had pretty mild acne, but had a course of roaccutane about 2 yrs ago. Now my acne is coming back with 2-5 little whiteheads each morning.

at the moment I am doing

>morning
face wash with cetaphil bar soap
cerave moisturizer

>evening
face wash with cetaphil bar soap
applying freederm cream to spots ( nicotinamide 4%)
cerave moisturizer

should I be swap out for the freederm for some sort of BP?
