Btw the best tip I can give you is to not fear potatoes! if you crave carbs, chips, fries etc... baked potatoes on a greaseproof paper without oil is the best shit ever. Do serve with low calorie ketchup. try to cook forever without oil and use low calorie seasonings for vegetables, but for these potatoes salt and maybe pepper is enough. Yesterday I saw a bag of chips and I thought "on my birthday I'll cheat with potato chips", but for breakfast I had 137 grams of potatoes and guess what...the calories are only 119!
Also if you decide to have an extremely low calorie intake, do not drink milk (technically you can as long if you dont exceed it), I advice you to eat yoghurt (fills you more). Do add some berries, a walnut (crunchy and healthy) and a bit of oatmeal to the yoghurt. Measure everything, count every calorie.
